Mecatome T210
Precision automatic micro-cutting machine. A powerful and precise micro-machine designed for sectioning medium sized samples from a wide variety of materials of differing hardness, from the hardest to the softest. The optional X axis drive gives the possibility of carrying out multiple series sections. There are three modes of cutting:
• Assisted: a manual cut can be made using the joystick to pilot the table (effortless for the operator)
• Automatic: an automatic cut can be made by selecting both the disc rotation speed and the advance speed of the table. Possibility of an impulse cutting mode.
• Programmable: an automatic cut can be made using pre-selected parameters.
The grooved table (with interchangeable stainless steel pallets) is compatible with most readily available clamping systems.
MECATOME T265
Robust, the MECATOME T265 accepts cutting discs of Ø250 & Ø300mm. Its rotation speeds ranged from 1300 to 4000 RPM allow the use of metallic blades as resinoids. Its L-shaped table allows quick clamping of parts either horizontally or vertically.
