Our Hardnesstester:

With our new HZ-Hardnesstesters analyzing materials is made easier than ever before. An overview image of the entire sample is made with a FULL-HD microscope camera.

You can then determine where the hardness curves should be measured and our HZ hardness tester will do the rest. Materials from 5g to 65kg can be analyzed.

    Automatic and fully control

    The touch sensor determines the correct height of the head in relation to the sample. This is the quickest way to determine the correct distance from the indenter and the 4 Nikon lenses to the sample. The Autofocus in combination with the software, determines the hardness values for the test reports. The devices are also equipped with an automatic marble table. The hardness testers are operated via an ergonomic, high-quality joystick that gives you precise control over all functions.

    Harness tester Software

    The software and the software interface were not developed by an external company, but were programmed in-house by our own software engineers. This means that our devices and the associated software applications work together perfectly and new modules can be added without any problems. An impressive 2D or 3D mapping of the hardness of the sample surface is also possible without any problems.

    Convince yourself:

    The operation of our fully automatic hardness testers is tailored to all requirements, and hardness test orders can be carried out quickly, easily and routinely. With our sample holder, the fully automatic machines can find the samples independently and control them in a targeted manner.
